Cairo, 3 Marchย 2025 {HMC} – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Ahmed Ma’alam Faqi Ahmed, arrived in Cairo today, to participate in the preliminary ministerial meeting of the Arab Foreign Ministers, which is being held within the framework of the preparations for the upcoming emergency Arab Summit hosted by the sister Arab Republic of Egypt, scheduled to be held on the fourth of April This March/March.
The summit focuses on the latest updates on the Palestinian issue, amid the deteriorating humanitarian conditions and the common challenges facing the Palestinian people, 16 months of sustained military escalation, which has resulted in massive human casualties and widespread damage to vital infrastructure.
This summit comes at a critical time that calls for intensifying Arab efforts to strengthen the unity of the Arab stance, and support regional and international efforts aimed at ending the suffering of the Palestinian people.
