Friday, 16 May 2025 {HMC} – Reports indicate that Israel has launched a large-scale military operation in the far north of the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health, which is run by Hamas, stated that at least twenty-five people have been killed.
Palestinians reported that Israeli forces attacked the city of Beit Lahia, located within Gaza, by air, land, and sea.
Israel has vowed to carry out a full-scale military offensive and take control of all of Gaza if no new peace agreement is reached with Hamas before President Trump’s visit to the region concludes.
The Trump administration expressed concern over the humanitarian situation in Gaza, where more than one hundred Palestinians were reportedly killed on Thursday.
