Cairo, 19December 2025 {HMC} The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, arrived in Cairo on Friday to participate in the Second Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, scheduled for 19–20 December.
The two-day conference brings together Foreign Ministers from across Africa and representatives of regional organizations. Building on the outcomes of the first ministerial meeting held in Sochi, Russia, in November 2024, the forum will focus on cooperation in trade, investment, energy, and infrastructure development.
