Saturday 18 April 2026 {HMC} Somalia’s National Army Forces equipped with Türkiye manufactured rifles are conducting counter-terrorism operations in southern Regions.
New photos from the Army seen Rifles like Bora-12 sniper rifle and MPT-76 infantry rifle manufactured by Türkiye’s MKE.
Also Turkish trained Somali army use Türkiye manufactured armored vehicles among them are Kirpi I Cobra II.
Türkiye trains, equips and also pay Somali National Army units such as Gorgor elite forces and Haramcad forces.
Türkiye supports Somalia’s Government from aid,development, security and Oil Production.
Last year the two brotherly Nations signed economic, defense and maritime agreement.
